★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, night staff is not good. At night the staff works as if they have come for a picnic. They have already been told how to rob the patient and no system of any kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial experience is good, but in end it's worst. They are making fun of patients while discharging shift patients to so called discharge lounge which is like a 3rd grade banquet hall or low standard rest points. Even billing staff is not good enough.
Same experience last time and this time too. Even staff forgot/missed to inform Insurance company in first 4 days of admission, information shared with insurance company on my request. They don't care about patients suffer just care for money.
Don't recommend any body for this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Staffs ...i visited here from mumbai to see my close relative in ccu but a guard argued with us for 30 mintues just to see him (relative) after taking permission from inside we get a change to visit him but guard starts arguing again ...worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docs are good but management is very pathetic. They made it looting machine to people. 500ml sanitizer is available in market costing approx. 200 rs but QRG is changing for same 660 rs. Saying that it's MRP and costing them at this price. If same is true then I don't know why still their purchase manager on Job. He must be fired right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always miss guiding and no importance of time for patients and family members. From last 3 days I am visiting the Dr. Sanjeev kapoor. His staff narender kaur is misguided too much in last 3 days. All 3 days, I was in hospital whole days only for consultation and reports. So my sincerely advice is that, if you are free whole day than only go to this hospital.....and now after waiting since more than 3 hours (3 hrs from my appointment time confirmed by your staff) I couldn't get my chance to visit doctor......worst management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They have no value for patients time. you have to be prepared to spend whole day for opd. For consultation on test reports.Doctor asked to share reports with coordinator. The coordinator never takes the call. we are being fooled. Hefty fees is being charged for such pathetic service.
