He is like do what ever you want, i will not support. learn some manners guys, you are not paying us, we are going to pay. This type of third class service is not accepted at all. These people deserve negative marking. I think Only Doctors are good. Staff management is very poor and third class.

I went their for treatment of my mother's eyes.
First, I booked an appointment on phone but still they made me wait till afternoon and and then at afternoon told me to come again at 6PM.
Then Doctor attended and didn't brief about the situation and prescribed Urine and Sugar test.
Then we again visited the centre with reports and Doctor suggested Cataract surgery.
Then we went next day, paid Cataract surgery charges and doctor took mother in Operation Theatre and marked eye for surgery. Then he told that her retina is weak and he can't commence surgery.
Also he told that retina treatment is not available here so they can't help and the centre will refund the operation charges in 10 days.
So the centre not only wasted our whole week but also showed incapability to diagnose the problem initially. (How come doctor prescribed Cataract surgery without examining the patient properly)
I went there because they have Pan India presence and have collaboration with Mahindra. But I think they are not attending patients seriously and just making money and are in haste of surgery.
