★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Centre for Sight Madhyamgram branch on 18.12.21 for the cataract surgery of my mother i.e. Chaya Neogi under Dr. Dipangshu Basu Chowdhury and the whole experience was really magical. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hospital premises was very nice and hygienically packed. I am very happy and impressed with their service and will recommend others for sure. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me clarify, this place lacks process strictly. There is no structure how patients are given appointment. Confirmed at 12:50 PM we were made to wait 3 to 4 hours. Again, not all doctors for different domains are available everyday. Hence multiple visits for same reason. Sadly the process also starts again from scratch everytime one visits the place.
Just that the doctors are good at their work, else pathetic management. So much so the management is really rude.
If there could have been anyway to rate the center negative, would have done that.
Again no cleaniness in the washroom, even no water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere of the hospital is very nice and very clean..the behaviour of the doctors are very nice and they give equal importance to all the patients ..... The waiting zone is not boring also there was playing ipl in TV. ....The main thing is we can take eye checkup in a very affordable price.... Now a offer is going so the visit fees is 100... The service is very nice. ??
