★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional and money-oriented approach. Waste of time to visit such a doctor.
My father is 65-year-old senior citizen with diabetes, BP and heart disease. Despite these facts, there was a delay of 6 days in determining the actual treatment to be done. On visiting the Andheri clinic on Friday, 02.02.2018, Dr. Rupal, narrated the junior to rely upon the tests done by the previous doctor. However, on my insistence she conducted a fresh check-up. After the fresh check-up was done she told me that she needs to consult the retina doctor at Baroda centre. she promised to revert by Monday as to the treatment /operation to be done. After continuous follow-up from my end, we got a revert on Wednesday, 07.02.2018 that the patient needs to be physically examined at Baroda clinic for the right eye, the left eye needs vitrectomy and membrane peeling and gas. However, they have no means to do the treatment in Mumbai, and my father must travel all the way to Baroda for the treatment as the retina doctor cannot come to Mumbai.
I was also not shared the case paper and the reports conducted. Dr. Rupal should have conveyed on the very 1st day that she is a Lasic surgeon and has no idea about the retina part. After wasting 6 days her assistant instead of calling and replying about the issue just sends a watsapp msg as to the treatments to be conducted.

Even though we have had the facilities of spectacles and varieties of lenses, being able to look at the world without the use of these aids is something great and a wonderful feeling.All this was possible for me only with the expertise of Dr. Rupal Shah. The way she keeps communicating with you before and after the surgery and while it is being performed made the experience great. And I must also give credit to her team who kept in touch with her and us if at all we had any queries of any kind after the surgery. Thank you for everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rupal is an amazing surgeon and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed pre operatively. Excellent coordination by the staff pre and post operatively. It felt amazing to walk out of the OT and have a 20/20 vision.

I am very thankful for awesome treatment that made my eyes normal again. specially Dr Rupal and Tejashree mam are very kind and helpful. Thanks alot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rupal shah is an amazing and friendly doctor who helped me SMILE with my eyes. I had a negative power of 3.5 and 4.5 in my eyes, causing me to have glasses on 24/7 and with a case of spoon shaped cornea a.k.a. astigmatism I could not wear lenses as they would not fit my eye. I had been planning to get a laser surgery done but was terrified as i work nearly over 12 hrs on computers or tabs. After meeting Dr. Parul and later dr. Rupal I gained confidence in the SmILE surgery. After certain tests we got the surgery done on my second visit and throughout the procedure dr. Rupal made sure to make me feel comfortable and at ease with every step. I was done in 10 min and noticed a better vision. I started my work the very next day and have been meeting up with my check ups and seeing the results. I am really grateful to dr. Rupal and the clinic staff to make me feel at home and keep up with me post the procedure. ~~~

I was feeling nervous and was a bit hesitant while entering the Operation room but Dr. Rupal Shah made me feel so comfortable and calm throughout the surgery. Forever Grateful to Rupal Ma'am for giving me a clear vision. Also, a very big thank you to each and every staff member who has always been there to help me out pre, post and during the surgery and made this procedure flawless and smooth.

She is very experienced doctor and takes utmost care of patients. Also support staff is very good and efficient.
