I have recently brought a plot in one of their projects called Century Artizan.i really liked this project because it is very close to my work place and this project has many amenities which makes my life much easier as I remain very busy throughout the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.. the project looks good. The developer also advertises this as a project where celebrities have bought sites. However, the maintenance of this project is bad and getting worse. Even though all the sites are sold out, the basic amenities are not present. The developer has kept on postponing the club house and other required amenities. The sales persons on the site promise (or shall we say deceive) many things but the actual progress or provisions do not match what they say. Perhaps this is Century's strategy. Now the sales persons who promised certain things are not at all seen at the site any more. They are cleverly moved out. Hope Century ensures that all committed work is done in a finite time and hands over the project to owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enquired about these plots many many years ago (5-6 years, maybe more). Unfortunately, many other reviewers have mentioned that it’s a nice place, however I’m not sure for what… for residential / housing, or for cycling, jogging, music concerts??? Till not even after many many years, it’s mostly the same with No further progress/development and No owners/buyers have started construction till now even after all these years. I would have thought that by now many houses would have been constructed there… Not sure what is the issue? Only the road, landscaping/plants and main gate is visible, NO houses are constructed, yet they are asking for a huge amount even without any progress in the last 5-6 years. Century group is a known developer/builder, but still pls carefully research before investing. Nobody wants to get money stuck in real estate for no good reason. Thanks
