The technicians here are really skilled and they understand the technicalities of everything wonderfully. And it is such a joy to watchthe scooters getting washed under the spray of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE, RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY (Their high rating is due to sale of new bikes, don't get mislead by it)
I gave my bike for service. When I went to picked up, it wasn't getting started. While complaining about it, executive was so rude and in hurry to make me payment and send away. They took 700 Rs. Later I checked with local guarage, and finally isse got resolved in 140 Rs!! That's how you lose customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy hero bikes with full product range and almost readily available models but colors may not available if it's non standard required I mean non running colors.
After I replaced 1st faulty bike, 2nd splendor plus bike is also faulty and they are not so keen even after written to company, they just call me there take some repairs but without results and if I complain again same process repeated without any results. Even today my bike gives trouble in starting and first two kilometres works with jerks and speed more than 40 is like I am braking my bike 2ith execlaration.
I think stay away from hero now. After B6 standard I think they are not able to maintain same quality of bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased hero duet on 9th October 2019 and I have battery issue today, exide battery gives 18 months warranty, at utmost surprise when I went to century bikes they said battery date is 02/19 so battery replacement is not possible.... Century bikes are cheaters, before buying bikes from century kindly check battery they have inserted in bike or Scooter.
