★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking a plot from Century Greens phase 2 was a great experience. I feel this area off IVC road has potential of appreciation in next 5-10 years, not suitable for living right now though. I was offered a very good deal by Mr Harsh and Ms Jayalakshmi with a flexibility of payment schedule. Thanks to Mr Homan as well for understanding my payment schedule flexibility request and acknowledging the same. I am yet to get a legal opinion on the project though which is getting delayed due to pandemic situation currently prevailing in Bangalore now.
So far it was a very smooth experience and I expect this experience to continue till the time registration and beyond.

It's really amazing product and very good pricing. Sales teams are very professional and they greeted us well.Club house and other developments are in full swing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best projects in Devenahalli zone. Quite strategically located off IVC road and next to STRR. Builder has shown quite promising development quality, though it was slightly behind schedule owing to COVID and other external factors. So, no major red flags. Found builder to be quite transparent in terms of sending frequent updates on the status, except for the delayed period which is understandable. Clubhouse and other amenities including landscaping is in progress and hope to seem them completed soon. Cheers to century team !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely appreciating zone. The property is situated right at 100 ft road. The 100 ft road construction is in progress and it's very close to Rural DC office. It might take some time to have all the social infrastructure nearby, but within next 2-3 years this will be awesome place. Very good investment . I like the project a lot

Heard peacock screaming when my recent visit. Well all about project is excellent amenities like reflexology park, organic garden, butterfly park, grand clubhouse, indoor/outdoor sports coming soon.
