★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, this property is in a prime location in North Bangalore. It is on the main road and Very close to the national highway (intl airport road).
I have seen the property development for over a year and can vouch that it has been done in a top class quality and comparable levels of century and prestige and other cat A developers. Infact some of the items used such as street lights etc are even better. Lastly the most important factor is the personal nature of the developer who is one of the most humble and approachable person I have come across in the domain of real estate. He was extremely Cooperative at every stage - starting from document (legal) verification till the registration. He made the whole process is extremely seamless and cherishable. I can surely state that my next purchase will be from him again.
Ps: It's very reasonably priced for the quality and the competition in the surroundings.

Arun from SLV developer is the most professional gentleman I have worked with in Real Estate Business. Although there were delays in the project due to lockdown, Arun and his team at SLV developers worked hard day and night to hand over the plots soon. I really like to work with SLV developers in future again and if you are looking for a plot, I highly recommend to work with Arun and his team.
