★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a housing development project by MHADA. It is located in Prabhadevi. This place has parking as well. Stack parking is available.
It is a gated community. There is a guard who sits at the main gate. Water is available all throughout the day (as I write). Compact 1BHK apartments are here in this property.
Earlier there was century mills here. Now on that property MHADA has built the housing project. That is why the name of the building is Century MHADA Building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for couples, bachelor for minimum rent of 14k to 15k.But the people staying here are very orthodox and their are issues like.
1.no 24 hrs water
2.only 1 parking space for a car or a bike.if you have both then plz don't come here because the society people will harasse you alot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mhada constructed cluster of buildings in lower parel. Rooms super small. Society is well managed though. Entrance is always crowded. Opposite to this are the SRA buildings. This area looks it's holding a village fair every day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Century mill workers are staying here. Building are tallest but space is not enough. Only 1 family (2 people) can stay in room. There are Around 5k monthly maintenance from room owners. Road is narrow to reach this location.

Also you can reach from prabhadevi and dadar railway station.. Nearby places like birla Century head office, Century Bazaar,Worli gaon, Sidhivinayak Temple etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cluster of buildings built by Mhada for middle income groups. Apartment size are very small. Better managed by society members than other SRA schemes around. Always crowded. Seems a village fair is around always. Car entry is difficult with unpaved roads at entrance and two wheelers blocking all roads.
