★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No place for parking. You'll probably spend atleast an hour looking for a slot nearby to park your vehicle safely. The adjacent roads are always full of traffic with many vehicles and hawkers occupying both sides of them.

Parking is a issue.
Always crowded so drive carefully once inside the gate.
All basic amenities are available mostly within the complex
Waiting for lift is most tedious task
There is no cleanliness in the lifts mainly coz the public do not use it responsibly
The view from the top floors is awesome. You can see the mumbai surrounded by sea from both sides. Mahalakshmi and Haj Ali is visible too in day time. You can see the trains moving from byculla station. Amazing views.
