We searched for plots near the international airport and we stumbled upon Century Seasons, their plots are very well-thought out. We booked ours mainly due to the natural surroundings in the property, I recommend visiting their website for project information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Century Seasons - Quite far from city... That being said place has for red soil and located on STRR. This property is located opposite godrej.Secondly, we heard that it ownership and title deed are very clear. single owner for a long time.
The site had many sapota mango and cocunut trees and two wells. Trees ??? all over... The grand entrance is catches your attention for sure. All in all, place is good over priced but if developed as mentioned in plan will be a very good place to live.
Has the potential to be one prominent place in that locality down the lane. 4/5 , ⭐ less for being expensive in that area and quite far from city if bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice potted development coming up on Devanahalli - Doddaballapur Road. Nicely curated, larger plots of 1500 and 2400 sft. Very nicely designed to give more breathing and ventilation across the plots. There is a small lake behind the project, which is planned to be rejuvenated and maintained by century group. They are charging for lake maintenance. As of aug2021 they are quoting 3300 per sft. The project advantage is, it’s right on national highway and which will be STRR soon. Is exactly 15 km from Devanahalli toll. Price is definitely way north. Staff and reception are very good. Explain patiently in detail.
