When we approached him he said he don't have washer, contact customer service and not even bothered to talk to us. Very pathy service. Don't buy Cera products. Even no response from Cera service center even after lodging complaint via phone and email.

There was a crack in front of one seat. When I went to return, they flatly refused to return. That's why no one buys products from them!. If someone buys, then get it checked thoroughly.
