★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent location pretty much at Rasulgarh square. Don't have dedicated parking but one can normally find parking thereabouts. Massive store, three floors if I'm not mistaken. They don't have the Kajarias and the Johnsons but focus more on Simpolo, Icon and others of that sort. Tiles in smaller sizes are very very limited in number, when it comes to the displays. If you're looking at budget tiles in the 600/600 vitrified category, this is not your store.The focus is more on the larger tiles and this is where they have among the best selections in the city. Rates are quoted very high but they have very very good room for negotiation if the quantities are good. That seems to be their mantra. Quantity=price. Too bad if you're a small customer.
Staff - nothing to write home about, no one really stood out as being very courteous/responsive/etc. Deliveries are extremely prompt and this is something that they are probably the best at in Bhubaneswar. Transportation/labour are also quite reasonable unlike other stores where they try to fleece you even there.
Certainly a store you should stop at if you're looking at tiles, especially in larger quantities.
