Head of the Department or Director of Utkalika is available at this office, all financial transaction is performed from this office, its on the main road of Cuttack puri road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a matha jhoti & uttari from Utkalika Exhibition at Vizag Steel Plant Jagannatha Temple Ratha Jatra exhibition some five years back by paying some Rs 2700/- rupees. Due to manufacturing defect, the dhoti got torn out near both side of the boarder at 03 places.
Now the exhibition is underway and I showed the Damages to the head of the team. He did not respond me properly in spite of reminding him that such defects will defame the name of our state.
I do not have the receipt. Please suggest what I have to do.
