★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Ceratec a couple of months back . I got introduced to Ankush who patiently showed me different kinds of marbles. Their rates are quite competitive. Ankush’s response is always very prompt . Later I wanted to to buy some floor tiles . So he promptly introduced me to Sagar . I would recommend Ceratec if someone is looking for good price and quick service .

Also I think we should do the structural audit of this building because the material used and the work done is not at all as per the quality standards

Very disappointing experience don't buy houses build by ceratec realtor s third class quality of construction I purchased flat in ceratec greens katraj about year ago now within one year we are facing lot of problems inner walls getting wet cracks are seen on the walls one big hole is seen toilet doors are swollen walls are not in angle so you can't fix furniture properly flush tank is not working grouting is not done properly lack of finishing we are facing water problem because builder didn't provide enough connections society is formed before our possession still some work is going on we met builder six months ago also I mailed builder two times but found no response
I think I wasted my hard earned money on this i really regret my decision think we'll before purchasing flat from this group
