★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect much. Typical govt place. Take ur appointment from counter and w8 for your number. Parking is available. Restroom available. Since everyone comes here for money saving purpose, don't expect private class facilities. Maintain proper document from home. Nearby shops are not available for photocopy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 71 year old CGHS beneficiary, and had an unfortunate experience in dispensary no. 85, Noida. I was under the treatment of an ENT specialist at Max Hospital, Noida for hearing problem, as referred by the CHGS doctor. After about 4 months of medication and various audio tests, the specialist doctor advised hearing aid for both ears. As advised by the CGHS doctor, I went to room no. 104 to submit the papers for getting permission for purchasing of hearing aid. The lady clerical staff over there was extremely rude. She said I did not need any hearing aid, as I could hear her. She was also suspicious about the authenticity of the prescriptions and test reports issued by Max Hospital. When I reported this to the CMO, he was gracious enough to call the lady staff and express sorry to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and insulting behaviour by Dr. Dipali Chawla. Seriously she is Psycho. With a doctor like her you are better off not getting treated. You will be worse off from where you started. Really disappointed with her. Her way of talking was like Rikshaw wala..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have much time to think and right about DR. DIPALI CHAWLA so, In short i'm very disappointed with her. Please avoid her. She don't know how to treat patients. Worst doctor ever I have seen , so rude. She behaved like an eccentric woman.This doctor needs a therapy for her mood swings! Very bad experience in this dispensary. Thanks
