★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The executives say that just pay downpayment and balance after registration,They showed me 2 or 3 different projects on way and I got confused which project I wanted to do investment But not sure whatr were they proposing,seems they are brokers for many project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their office on a week day and most of their staff were not there, when I enquired they told the sales person will come only on Saturday & Sunday. Weekdays the female staff will followup itseems, this is a typical developers office ,The President even sits here only and he is also the developer for the project

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked in BSNL 4 yrs ago and met the same staff in this office & when I asked him about the previous project he said he quit the job and is working as a full time broker in this society. So what I saw in most comments is true, this is not a society office and is indeed a brokers office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a plot sometime in 2016 and was one among first 30 bookings. All these years I see improvement only on no. of bookings and virtual price increase. I started thinking about once they started demanding 3rd installment and claiming that its a loss for them and showing allotment location very deep inside (not sure when allotment happens) which seems to be not worth. I took my money back. Thanks for that. But definitely not worth. Don't know if they are following genuine practices. Any how, I am out of that society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I said I am not interested in the sites suddenly the executive started referring other societies for lesser price like 600 per sq.ft BSNL Kadamba and ECO 360 and so on which mades me think whether they are actually brokers working for comission
