★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today received a communication to pay 4th installment for Sandesh Lake side- Phase 2 but not sure when sites will be allotted.The communication says still work is yet to be started.
If anyone received communication please comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have applied for Sandesh Lakeside phase2, its already more than 7 yrs, frustrating. Always tell it is in progress and GOVT clearance pending. not sure when they will complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request other to not fall in these kind of trap. They don't have a capacity to finish not even a single project. Before investing in there project please visit the Nelamangala project they have done see the quality of work. It is almost 10 year old project but still it is in progress. Many people have withdrawn there money without any return from the Sandesh Lake project which they have started almost 7 year back. They are simply playing with your money. Request you to please avoid them. If you still want to invest it is your wish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are cheats and do not want to finish any project. Their modus operandi is to take money and sit on it and expect people to get bugged up and withdraw the money.
If anyone wants to follow up on Varthur or other layout, I think wise thing will be to take the control of whatever state the project is in and either develop it ourselves or sell the land and recover the money with any gains if possible. If interested then please message me and lets call for a meeting and sync up there.
