★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good civil hospital. Serve the majority of the public with good care. Maintaince is lacking in terms of cleanliness but the public should also know how to use such institutions. Since this is government funded hospitals, things move slowly. But to it's advantage, all the doctors are highly qualified for the job.
