Had ordered kesar chai and aloo tikki. Well, the taste of chai was good but the tikki would have been better. Also, we couldn't understand the logic of playing Gayatri mantra at around 4pm. We sat there for half an hour to forty five minutes. Continuous repetition of Gayatri mantra for more than half an hour was something which was annoying and disturbing ?

The only issue with Indian street food is the convenience and ambience. There are abundance of road side desi snacks stalls, but there is always a concern of hygiene and then mostly they do not have decent or enough sitting space. When we go for chat outlets, we feel like having it in a nice sitting ambience. There are good brand food chains that offer chat items but they kill the USP of chat items when they adopt these items. The problem with most premium fast food outlets is that they try to enhance the traditional recipe with their flavours and experiments and in the process the kill the basic desi flavour and taste. Just increasing spices or dry fruits in any and every chaat item is not enhancement. Most of the time you hate the experiments. This outlet offers nice sitting ambience with authentic taste of chat. Tikki, Pani Puri, crispy Kachauri are good. Fusion Gol-Gappe with three flavours are excellent. The customized serving on table is a nicely adopted shot idea. A normal standing pani-puri counter is also there if you want to have the same standing feeling. They have created a good clean and comfortable place for typical Indian street food and I hope it continues with rich taste and experience.

I didnt like that these guys served me cold banarasi chaat, straight from freezer. Which was wrong. If my friend hadn't told me that it should be hot, I would never have known. Apart from that, their kesar Chai and normal Chai was amazing.

First time in Indirapuram with chaat stalls along with sitting arrangements.. well managed staff . its within IHC, Indirapuram. Following all covid hygiene regulations. Had the golgappas, & Gulabjamun. Prices slightly on the higher side , one gulab jamun @40/- , missed value for money compared to taste. Rest good place to have chaat etc since rest are all roadside ones.

It was okay. Panipuri in Nashik is far better than panipuri here. You need to prepare your own panipuri - adding two different type of water - Sweet and Sour. It's relatively costly. But hygiene is good.
