★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience !! We asked for ginger tea, waiter gave us plain tea. Tables were dirty.. water was given in a very very dirty glass. Also waiter was rude.. Didn't expect this from a brand ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ See, i have ordered upma from this hotel using Zomato. The cost is 100 rs. You don't believe that i got very less to be honest they are giving just like 10 rs curry kind of pack. I don't know. I really shocked while i was received it. And my amount was deducted two times i don't know how, They are really Cheating us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Zomato a couple of days ago. Canteen or thoroughly disappointed from the entire transaction. They goofed up the order and then wanted me to eat what they sent! No talk of refunding the excess money I paid online (Zomato did refund based on my complaint). When I said no, they promised to replace with the correct order and then stopped picking up the phone.
My low rating is not just because of the order fiasco. The food was equally bad. And I mean everything that was sent - veg cutlets were palatable but the veg puffs were "throw-away" kind. The Tea was pathetic. Not sure about other outlets, but this one is strictly avoidable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the chai delivered late at night and I am super happy with the delivery, the packaging, quality and the quantity!
Tried their egg puff for the first time and it was yumm, totally worth it- their ginger chai mini flask gives you 2 cups full of tea( milk cup size)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chai point at vatika business centre is a ridiculous outlet never come here , we came here after having a fabulous elaichi tea and samosa in bangalore , here there the tea served was rather a sharbet and samosa was dripping with oil, when we refused to accept it we were refused the refund .... Could not drink tea too , spoiled our evening

I'd be ordering almost 4 times a week from this particular joint from Zomato, and I've seldom had any complaint!
Must try things would be: Paneer Paratha, Chai Masala Cake, Anda cheese paratha. And well ofcourse, the chai itself!
