★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Went there twice to get my PPF pass book updated and both the time their PPF site was not working. Also the staff behaves as if they are the only bank on this earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch for the first time and it was wonderful experience from a govt bank. All staff members are really mature and always speak in soft-tone with smile and problem solving approach.
Most intelligent and elegant person there is the branch manager - Jastinder Kaur Jaidka maam. She always help customers in every possible way.
I had to take a xerox of id proof to attach with application form and she gave it to me in just single request and I got my new debit card (including activating PIN) in just 20 mins.
I will always visit this branch only for any PNB stuffs.

First time I had pinch myself to realise that I am in a sarkari bank.
