Initially went to get number updated on bank account submitted the application and was notified that it will be updated within 48 hours, one week no response no update, had to go again to the branch, got notified the person who updated the phone number is on leave requested a week more to get this done, went to the branch after another week this time i was notified the person who updates the phone number on account has covid . More than 2 weeks were wasted just for this, no notifications no update to customer what so ever.
