Then, I asked for replacement due to seat material preference. They agreed to that, without complaint or argument.

Also, I needed a bit of tweaking in the model delivered due to my table size and my height- these guys diligently followed up with me and gave me 3 rounds of service till I was satisfied.

If you're one of those people who want to experience the chair before buying it, this is the place to go. Great product range and product knowledge and great prices too - what more could one ask for!
The after sales service was excellent - I had to transport the chair from one place to another and though I arranged for the transport vehicle, I was struggling to separate the base from the chair (only for the purpose of transport). When I requested the business owner to help with this, he promptly sent a technician who could separate the chair and I was easily able to reassemble the chair on my own at the destination. All in all, Chair Factory had some great service.
