★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place if you're looking for a good selection for chairs and other seating arrangements.. although the location is a bit difficult to get to, and difficult to park at, their office is located on the 2nd floor. They have great variety of chairs, and the staff are very helpful, cordial and polite. You can test out the chairs yourself and customise them as you like it. Prices are reasonable and they offer quick and prompt delivery as well.. overall, a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a basic net push back chair from chaiwale in August 2021, I use it very extensively on a daily basis.
In the 10th month of usage the lock stopped working, raised a complaint to chairwale as the chair was in guarantee period, within 4 days they replaced the entire lock and pushback assembly without any charges.
Happy with the service.

Even in the pandemic time they delivered the chair in time.
No delivery charges for chair and it was pre assembled when it came home.
I am very happy with The Royal high back chair I purchased!
On call, the service executive explained me different types of chairs they have and which might suit my needs.
Delivery was also seamless. I recommended the same chair to my colleague and even he got it within a week and is happy about it!
