★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed about the service. I had placed the order for two numbers of Queen size cots of Sheesham Wood. One with storage and the other without storage
After making the first installment of payment, they said that the cots will be delivered on 20.Sept'2021.
They did not even bothered to supply , but least bothered to inform us if it is delayed..
When contacted the showroom, then said, it takes two months to supply. When I shown them the job order where it us clearly mentioned that the date of supply is 20.09.21, Mr. RITESH who took the order had changed his language to a rude and said no sir it takes two months, if you can not wait then you can cancel the order.
Since I it was already late, I have to wait. Finally after 40 days, received cots , but without storage space, no bushes,. The people who xsme for installation are even demanding the installation charges.
Regarding the storage space, I am yet to hear from them. Even Mr. Bendigere, the owner of the shop is equally ignorant about the customer satisfaction. He even speaks,it takes more time to receive, and inform you once received.
Since then I tried to call them multiple times, but they are least bothered to receive the call.
Regarding the price they are just 9% on higher side from the market value, because the same cot with storage was priced 9 % less in other showroom. But, I had paid the money to this showroom.
I am very disappointed

The furniture here feels premium and durable , very good designs and more variety of with customization options. Totally satisfied with my purchase , the store manager was very professional and sweet.
Received very good after sales support and got many of my queries answered within minutes on text . Also received extra store discount!
Would totally suggest Natural Living for premium wooden furniture as the pricing is very good compared to other brands.
