β β β β β Avoid shopping here, I received a broken piece on arrival and no support received to fix it. Found that the salesmen also disrespect customers please do stay away for this place. I bought furniture worth 2 Lakh rupees, the salesmen as mentioned in other reviews are only responsive till purchase, customer service is non-existent!
I received a damaged coffee table I have been following it up everyday for over a month since Dec 22nd 2021 without resolution and one point they ignore your calls. I dealt directly with a salesmen named Praveen in this branch, completely avoid dealing with him if you can he is rude and unprofessional. Save yourself from wasted hours spent on calls after shopping here or be prepared to go to consumer court as no resolution will be provided by this place.

And the store executive - Mr. Akshay guided us very well and helped us throughout the purchase. He was also available even after the furniture was delivered. I love the way they respect the customers and clear every single doubt at any time!
Worth visiting! And really happy about the purchase.

β β β β β The first experience was good.. Delivery as well as fitting was quick.
******The 2nd one is horrible******
Delivery was done 4 days back.
So far no call from Royal Oak themselves for fitting.
Followed up for more than 5 times. Sales executive, receptionist everybody just promises of a resolution but nobody even calls back as promised.
This might end up as my last purchase with Royal Oak.
If you promise, deliver it.
If you can't deliver, then why fake promise ?
The local furniture shops would have been better thank u guys.
Thanks for helping me explore other furniture showrooms...
On the box, there are shoe marks as well..
The delivery boys would have stepped on it.. I just hope that that's not the reality.
