★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just after the Covid Pandemic, an increment in the fee of the school was something unexpected. It was a matter of concern for most of the parents, including me. But the fact that grabbed my interest was that the school was introduced to a number of new sports along with the coach. So, if the increment provides better physical health to my child, I guess I am okay paying a little extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a single parent is a task! After shifting to Mumbai, I’ve spent most of my time searching for the best school for my little one. Frankly speaking, I did get some negative reviews for the school but after talking to a few friends whose children study in the same school, I decided to choose Orchids International. My decision was so right! I’ve found the perfect place for my child to grow. I thought I would have a tough time looking after the routine and school schedule, but to my pleasure, I am updated with everything from time to time. I must say, this school is beautifully organised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child studies in class 5 in this school. Fees are hiked suddenly after the pandemic and I thought it was a little unnecessary. I went to the school authorities seeking a reduction but to my amazement, I saw a fabulously changed infrastructure. It was better than what I saw 2 years back, a lot better! I felt this was needed and thus came back with a convinced mind to the increment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before the pandemic, I used to meet the school management, teachers, and principal personally for any kind of complaints and feedback.
But since the pandemic started I couldn't do so, all the classes were shifted to online mode and I was concerned about my child as it was difficult for her to adapt to online teaching.
My emails were overlooked, then I discussed this with the principal over a phone call.
After that at regular intervals, the online meeting was organized for parents via zoom where we could talk about our complaints and problems children were facing.
Now they also have a separate email for parents' grievances only where they have ensured to take possible action within a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For any kind of complaint we, the parents, were asked to send emails to the management. But we all could realise gradually that those emails weren't even getting read.
None of our concerns were being looked at or none of our complaints were getting resolved. All the parents then decided to go to the school and talk to the principal, we got to see how every concern was being noted down and how they were trying their best to sort them out. Impressive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top class everything. While picking my child up after the classes, I met the Principal of the school. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about her and had a presumption of the same. My child wished her good noon and I saw how warm she was with the school students. She talked with him about how his classes are going and if he enjoys coming to the school. I must say this was something which made me so confident about the school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Covid pandemic made parents so vulnerable and I’ve seen children struggle to get proper guidance and education. I, being a parent of a 9-year-old faced similar challenges but I must say, the school authorities made it so easy for us. There were times I had issues with my mobile network or my device, the teachers and the authorities made sure my child did not miss out on anything. They ensured proper education for each one. My child thoroughly enjoyed the interactive online classes, all thanks to the extraordinary teachers the school has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I finalized orchid International school for my 13-year-old girl, initially I thought it was yet another business organization charging a high fee.
The justification was not only assumed but also seen when I explored the school more. The kind of infrastructure, exposure, and the environment they offer not only in academics but also in sports and overall personality development are worth some extra pennies. The overall curriculum and environment of the school gave me the confidence to invest a little more.
Faculties are highly skilled in time management and have a unique teaching technique that allows my child to learn with ease and interest.
It has been 2 years now and I am happy and satisfied with my decision.
