★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before parcel - Very unprofessional and rude employee in parcel section. Have no explanation for the split of charges with excuse that its all online billing.
Does not accept cards or online payments (Any educated person knows why)
Charged 400rs extra above billed amount for packing.
When received - packing was done with very cheap materials, my vehicle was full of wheat flour (looks like the gunny bag used was of it). Soon after I asked the VRL folks to open the packing I knew my bike was put down. Both indicators in left were broken, lots of scratches on the tire.
It was a horror experience. This kind of service for such unreasonably heavy charge, Infact my experience with Indian railways was much better than this.
