★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service was, in our case, amazingly good. We realized that the L-shaped sofa set that was delivered at home was wrong for our living room. It should have been left-facing, not right-facing. As soon as we informed them of this, they promptly came over and took back the set and announced that they'd supply the right one within a week. Though Zuari furniture were highly priced, their own making was lesser priced, and bargainable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking to buy furniture, you wouldn't see much collection here. Also, the designs aren't very appealing and the prices seem to be slightly on the higher side. After searching here and few other places, found better designs at a local furniture wala for a much better price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought Sofa from here and it took a week for manufacturing and delivery. However the day we got the Sofa delivered, we visited shop for the final payment. we saw there was good offers on all the furniture including Sofa. we asked the seller why they didn’t tell us about the same before delivery, Seller (Ravi) who sold us the Sofa denied and told us as we had already done the booking that’s why they had not told us about the current offers. but at least they can give us some discount as a courtesy as the day they delivered our Sofa, offers were there and they were giving 30% flat sale on sofa and we got it just for 13%. Just want to mention, Please have some Integrity towards your customer.
