★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessary telling spare parts gone. Unnecessary oil top-up, air filter, chain gone, sprocket gone, brake cable, but it's all good in condition. Make a bill as Pvt Dr charge. Very bad . Same services last time done, same problem. But price 120% more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get a text message stating your bike is ready with a bill of Rs 3144.91 but to your misery you are given a Rs 4500 amout bill when you take bike deliver , kindly avoide the service center.

Had a very positive experience with my correspondent Devika who helped me with getting my bike from quite far away to the service center, get the vehicle serviced and drop it back to my place. It was certainly helpful since I was unable to go to the center myself. The process has improved quite a lot. Quite happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place , with good service. The person at front looks at us in a weird way, but the manager is customer oriented. Their service is very quick , but for billing we have to go to the first floor. I guess should not make customers to do that despite having lots of space for billing in the ground floor. they only do dry wash to save water which is really a good initiative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service time is good, but the wash was horrible and they claim a no water wash. That is fine, but not an excuse to handover a dirty bike. The cleaning and finishing were subpar and there were leftover oil and dirt when handedover.
They missed disabling the service due light from the odo, and had to go back get it fixed.
Make sure to inspect your bike and check if all the problems you had listed were resolved. They had missed some of my points

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Month of April was horrible for my bike. I gave my royal Enfield Thunderbird for service at RR Nagar Branch. During the service i told them front break not working, so they told it would have got punchered and charged almost 600 including the installation and service charges. But within 2 days I almost encountered major accident by God's grace I escaped the brake didn't work. Next day when I took the bike to the service center they told complete hand brake set need to be replaced. I asked them this you could have done at initial tage itself when I gave for service. They told me we thought replacing parts would work fine , SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWER and after 1 week immediately by rear brake stopped working almost zero. Today morning when I came for service center 6 people including incharge is sitting and talking only 2 technician is working. For service itself I almost took 2 days leave this month. They doesn't much care for customer and there feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a prior appointment on the website for my bike's service. People there refused to inward my bike stating that they have an internal audit going on and they don't have the bandwidth to take in any appointments. No warning was posted on the website.
The service center's mis-management and failure to make proper resource planning costed my time.
I recommend everyone who reads this to take your business ELSEWHERE, where your time is valued and the business is not FOOLISH enough to turn down business.
