No quality in service and staff, mechanics are too rude. Focused more on selling new bikes rather than giving genuine service to existing Yamaha customers. Pls think thrice before visiting this showroom!

Let me explain briefly on what happened here and why it's 1star rated, 1star is for the mechanic (purushottam) He deserves 5 stars too he behaved way more politely and he fixed my bike too. But This showroom and that cheap fellow who attended me actually deserves 0 rating, Lets get in to it briefly: 1) My bike got breakdown at 1km distance from their showroom, 2)My bike was recently serviced at Yelahanka Yamaha showroom (SRIJAYA MOTERS) 3) As it was recently serviced at showroom i Requested a Road assistance from them. 4) I told them that's there is a Pacer yamaha showroom at 1km see if you can arrange any mechanic here. 5) They gave a call back by keeping yamaha pacer's manager on-line. I told them that I'm Opposite to Gopalan Arcade mall in Google map it's clearly showing 1km, for that they said no no it's 100meters. He doesn't know where exactly I am how can he consider it's 100meters ? 6) With no options left i took my bike by throwing it all the way to showroom. 7)I don't think he is a supervisor, because they can't be this much rude, he is definitely manager / owner. With his irritated face He responded like you are the one who called ? I said yes, i was trying to tell him the problem He didn't listen to me instead he said we have senior Mechanic he will tell what happened(with attitude) 8) Finally when the problem was with switch and not with fuse, (he felt like he proved me wrong) That childish behaviour of him literally made me laugh at the same time i got angry too. He angrily hit the engine kill switch and went away 9) After that I told last time when I had faced the same problem it was fuse prob so i asked you to check the fuse, ( i was trying to explain and make him understand the situation he was not really interested to listen) 10) I still don't understand why was he so much irritated ? The one who attends Customer should be polite This kind of behaviour will take you no where Keep your attitude aside. And try to greet customers that's the basic thing I thrown my bike for one km for courtesy also he didn't ask would you like to have some water? Or please have a seat, our mechanic will check and let you know the problem. LEARN SOME BASIC STUFF FIRST AND THAN SHOW YOUR ATTITUDE.

Never go to this showroom for any service purpose. I dropped my Ray-z scooty which was damaged due to accident, they said they will return within a week but later they have returned the vehicle after 28 days billed us with a huge lumsum amount thas is 1/4th of the vehicle cost. Plus they didn't service the vehicle at all, they just fixed the exterior parts. Even they didn't fix the headlight. Worst experience ever. These guys are cheaters.

Very Bad service experience. For my Yamaha Ray just for normal general service they charged 1693/- , that's ok to an extent , they gave back the scooter with flat tyres . When I asked them , they insisted me to take it to a local puncture shop . Whole day scooter was at service centre and they dint bother to fix the same . Unprofessional approach at Service centre . Better to go little far for service than visiting this service station

For starters, the showroom and service center is under staffed. There are just two service technicians and one manager, Mr. Hari. Mr. Hari, is too busy to listen to customers problems before concluding that vehicle needs service. The chole cable was jammed for my Fascino, which made it throttle hard. Mr. Hari without even understanding the issue concluded that vehicle needs service and I should drop it right away. Even after explaining that the scooter was serviced less than 6 months ago. I'd never visit their service centre again. I'd not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

Very happy with service . Getting good mileage ,approximately 55. I don't know why people are complaining sevice.

Bought this beautiful bike at pacer and serviced it today. Unbelievable mileage. Easily clocks 58km. On the other hand my Honda Dio gives 45. Good service and on time delivery. Thanks
