β β β β β Cars24 is the best place to sell your car. I am very much overwhelmed by the service provided by Cars24.
I had to sell my car, for which I'd got an X Price from other dealers. But when I approached Car24 I got better selling price from any other dealers.
I was very much surprised and happy because I never thought that my Car will be sold at this price.
The staff here are very friendly and professional. They know what exactly the customers need.

β β β β β Booked an appointment they denied for Home inspection forced me to come to the branch but again no proper support or Information was provided and they mentioned it will take 2 hours for inspection..
Manager was outside and funny thing was before even seeing the car he decided the rate of the car which is worst than the market rates he could have told over the call itself .. And again manipulated and said they will provide home inspection option now and asked me to book again...
Bottom line is waste of time and money nobody attend the car and worst part comes here from the customer service, before going I asked for the direct branch number or point of contact and the customer service executive did not give any information about it and was saying only he can guide on location..and he also stated that no branches have the direct numbers which is crazy !!
Note they asked my car at worst price possible which means they're keeping a minimum margin of 50-70% for resale ensure you negotiate better before buying any cars from them it's same concept across with cars24 I believe
Overall worst experience and cannot trust them for any purchase as well...

β β β β β Cars24... The best place to sell your car easily. I had sold my i10 car here and already had few offers on the table from other dealers. One of my friend told to check out this place before committing my sale.
They have a defined process for initiating an evaluation. Do carry your original RC card of your car and ensure you have the ower of the car with you.
Ensure you are taking an appointment from their website or mobile app. Walk-in is also possible but can have some issues during weekends if you don't have an appointment upfront. Also be patient and keep aside atleast 2 hours if you want to complete the sale.
I was greeted by Shazia and she took time and was polite in answering all our queries. Once all our queries were clarified, she allocated Somshekar (Somanna ?) to do the valuation. He did it very nicely and ensured all things were checked ensuring you would get the best value based on the valuation done. Valuation time was approx 30 mins.
Once done the details and submitted by them in their portal and the bidding starts. This process took approx 20 mins and we got a value for our car. At first the valuation didn't meet our expectations so Shazia tried her best to try again and get a higher value. The second attempt was close to our expectations. We had a option to accept it or walk away from it without any charges. We took the final decision to accept the deal and proceed the sale.
Post the deal acceptance, documentation took approx 30 mins. Ensure you carry all original documents i.e PAN card, car's original purchase documents etc. Do call them before visiting to get all required document details.
The level of transparency and ease of sale is really great. Cars24 has indeed given a great platform for selling cars including taking care of RC transfer (which normally happens 120 to 180 days after the sale date and you do get an intimation over email).
Again thanks Shazia and Somanna for your efforts to make the experience a great one. Keep up the good work always ??
