★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased property here by writing this reducing value of my property too. Still, I want to save your life time hard earn money from false promises.
If you want to pay money like well developed society and take experience of typical village then come and buy here property.
In terms of investment you wont get even minus ten (-10)% hike in value. Because builder is already selling in low rate. You may loss more than that.Your saving account will return much better than investing here. If you think to sell your property you may have to ended up selling in loss. Due to multiple reasons-
1- Inside from the main road
2- No road.
3- No permanent connection of the light. Paying around 11RS unit will since last many years. This will average ended up 4000 per month.
4-No street light. In the rainy season snakes etc can be seen frequently.
5- No hope for development.
6-No security. Many people have incurred loss due to theft.
7- No water connection. You have to do boring. For now its ok but in the future it will be problem.
8- Few hours of rain is enough to create flood like situations. Last year team of NDRF rescued people.
9- Auto wale will deny to vome in the society to pick and drop you. Reason they will say "road se bahot andar h Bhaiya".
10- If you ask anything from builder or complain about him then be ready for counter reply from builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All it has is a big statue in the middle of a circular ground. The ground is not clean but the statue is decent. You can always find people walking their pets inside the garden where they do their handiwork and nobody cleans it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living here from past 3 years and this colony still doesn't have permanent connection of electricity. Feel cheated by the builder Adarsh Agrawal, few hours of rain is enough to create flood like situation. Last year team of ndrf rescued people. People are getting ₹5000 as electricity bill due to temporary connection of electricity and there seems to be no hope for permanency. Forget about water connection you will not be getting basic facilities of a colony/society.
