★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional - my 65 year old, highly diabetic, mother with severe back pain was made to sit and wait for nearly 4 hours (in the process she missed her lunch) - they kept saying "your are next" from 11:30 but was only seen after 4 hours of waiting. They asked her to come back at 7:30 pm for results - again same story, there were no results until 8:30!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole system seems to be very unorganized. They take triple time to despatch the reports. And more importantly, when u r serving people medically, u must ensure a systematic way of doing so to avoid unnecessary delay and hindrances. They must work on it for improvisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, I have never seen such a slack diagnostic centre and staff..we went there for some tests, first one to arrive at the centre at9am however the concerned rep for the test did not arrive before11am. I request NEVER EVER go to such a diagnostic centre.. PATHETIC..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Least preferrable lab, and pricing also very high, I think they are taking full advantage and doing cash on unaware and weak patient. Tyey are collecting much much more price on some rare tests than others. Rs.1500/- test at other reputed lab they are collecting Rs.5000/-. Please be aware of this lab and do not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst medical Center in vishakapatnam. You should never go to this for CT Scans. Vijaya medical centre is just 200 meters away from this and should be preferred. The cost of the medical tests are very very very expensive. Most of the hospital staff refer this centers but not sure what connections they have with it. This medical Center should be preferred only for blood test and not scans. I took my wife for CT scan and the contast given by the doctor gave reaction because of which her health deteriorated and I had to admit her in GITAM hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prominent medical centre. Cover a vast variety of diagnostic tests. 3 floor building. Prices are moderate.
Hygiene and cleanliness is a major concern. Toilet are scary.
Time management is nil as people are very lazy.
