Even in this scenario of Health care emergency, there's only one person for who's handling billing, cash, enquiry and answering to the phone calls and keeping patients wait for a couple of hours only for billing being done. And after getting the billing done after about two and a half hours, tests not being done..they were telling the waiting time is 2 hours for the tests to be done but I've been waiting here for 2.40 hrs now and still no clue when will it be done..no following of first come first serve basis..
In all total, failure and collapse of of the Administration of Laya Diagnostics..
If you have the patience to wait all day then you may take their services..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic lab I never recommend this lab to anyone. They are very fast to collecting money but the service was very very slow. I am waiting 6 hours for ECG and 48 hours for reports. Prices are also varied patient to patient. We charged by them 4000 for MRI but others getting the same for 1700. There is no coordination between the staff. Staff behavior was not good. They are interested to take only money not to gave service. They didn't give proper information about the time of the service so many are suffering the same. I concluded with one thing if any doctor recommends this lab means they get good commission laya diagnostic. Beware of this friends don't waste your time and money. Doctors please don't encourage these kind of labs for your commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. None of the staff is cooperative. Harrassing patients, arguing with patients and their family members. Unnecessary, calling multiple time patient and not doing test, giving excuses that doctor is not available.
Not recommendable at all.
