★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apoorv Agarwal is a partner at the firm and came to be known to me through a conference we attended. During the course of the conference, I came to understand that there are lawyers who make an exception to the norm. He never charged me for my personal work thereafter and always gave me due respect. His policy of treating all his clients at par is astounding and pleasantly surprising. I have had litigation in a number of countries and often lawyers have even charged me for the smallest of services, but Apoorv never overcharged me for my company's matters. I was so pleased that I ended up giving Apoorv a retainership for all our matters in India and its neighbouring countries. I have seen Apoorv grow over the last three months, as an individual and as a lawyer, all I can say is that he wins over clients and human beings like no other. I believe India needs more lawyers like him and I wouldn't be surprised if my company was not to lose a single case as his record has been exceptional. His notice itself has resolved a number of our matters. When I learnt of this opportunity to review his office, when I had recommended his office to another of my known to, I couldn't feel happier writing this review. I am sure he has a long way to go, and whenever he gets time to read this, I am sure he will recognise that Raveena ji as he often calls me, is not all that critical of the Indian legal system.
