Living in London and shopping for a wedding during covid was very challenging but Chamee and Palak made the shopping process easy, fun and stress free.
The level of service they provide to their NRI customers is outstanding, they personalised their lengha designs into gowns and into the colours we liked.
They took their service to another level by created a WhatsApp group with their store and designers to keep us updated, they had numerous video calls with us to confirm sizing and showed us the designs and fabrics during each process.
I can’t fault anything, they delivered the items when promised and showed extremely high levels of professional at every stage of the process from the ordering to the customisations to the delivery of the items.
All items fit absolutely perfectly, the quality was impeccable and the designs were just so beautiful. I will be purchasing from them again and again!
Thank you Chamee and Palak for making me and my mum all our outfits for my brothers wedding, we had lots of compliments and look forward to purchasing with you again for the next wedding.
You truly were a dream to work with! Thank you so much.

I had such a fabulous experience and the dress ended up fitting near perfectly (only needed a minor alteration because I had lost weight prior to my wedding). I could not be more pleased with the process and love my wedding dress! I highly recommend C&P for any bride who is not able to visit India for their wedding outfits!

It was like a dream come true. They had such beautiful collection that my friends and sister also got their outfits from here and they all looked absolutely stunning. They made the whole virtual experience stress free with their timely responses, willingness to get on FaceTime, and continuous communication on what I had visioned.
