β β β β β Worst service provided by the staff of this hospital. Doctor is good but most of staff have violent nature. Worst experience I have with one of the staff named Kishan of this hospital. Doctor and management should look in this matter. Most of the staff try to be more superior then the doctor. Only due to worst experience from this staff I switched to other hospital and recommended the same to others.

β β β β β Worst Experience! Eye chekup was done by any other person.The Dr. didn't bother to chek himself. He was in so hurry that he didn't listen the problem patiently and didn't give time to discuss my problem to him. He at once suggested for incision without thorough examine.
He prescribed an ointment without telling how to use that. There were so many people coming and going out in his chamber. No timing,no rules.
Totally disappointed. I will not recommend to anyone.

β β β β β Worst place, worst experience. They charge 500/- fee for nothing. Dr. Chandra was not interested to hear my problem, he was busy talking with his friend and one of his staff, he wrote me an eye drop and send me for eye power checkup. The staff members were unprofessional, confuse and careless. Doctor again send me to another room for some more check ups for formality, in that room staff members were busy talking about their personal issues, after my interference they were looking at each other as they had no idea about there duties over there. One women put some drop in my eyes and asked me to sit there and then she forgot to call me for further check up. When my hubby went to ask about it then they realise and checked my eye, and send me to the doctor Chandra again. But doctor was taking staff meeting in middle of the clinic time, patients were sitting and wondering outside.after half an hour when again I went to the doctor he was in hurry and said a staff to check my eye power again. Staff members were having snacks , clicking pictures and were in full party mood. Patients were sitting and watching this circus after paying such a big amount as a fee. When I objected, one of the staff came to me aggressively and started checking my eye and started doing some calculations in paper, after some confusion and crossing those numbers finally she satisfied with her calculation. And told me to go to Dr.Chandra cabin again and suddenly said 'oh sorry Dr. Chale gae'.. I spend 2 and half hours there for simple eye check Up after paying 500/- without any result .If you are serious about your eyes health then go to some good one not him..

β β β β β Doctors and staff members are nice but counsellor is an old lady didn't fully disclose about the operation charges and kept charges hidden. A kindly request to other patients to go throughly about all the changes included. And a warm suggestion to authority members to make more transparency for both parties.
