★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great in Service, Staffs Behavior not good in my opinion. They must treat Customers good way. All over, it's perfect place for Pathology and Radiology. MRI facilities still unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On of the most advanced labs in the entire UP and also one of the most reliable. Whenever i have a conflict of doubt, i consider their reports to be accurate. Almost every test is available here at a reasonable price. They have the latest equipment available in the country. Also the staffs is very cooperative and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Prakash pathology (B.H.U. Main Road, Lanka) - Blood Test . We have given for platelet test as we know patient's Platelets count is 1Lakh 5K after treatment. So we have given to check progress report but he shown 40 thousand (Manual). So We all shocked and again given to other pathology that show 1 Lakh 10K. This all things happened on 24th Aug 2021. Other my relative experienced the same. So Please don't be panic if you do not get expected result from this Pathology plz repeat the test with other pathology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, highly mismanaged ultrasound service here. Every staff here is rude to customers, no one tells patients/ customers about procedures that need to be followed. No proper system for numbering of customers. For doing one ultrasound patients have to wait for minimum 2 hours
Not proper space given to patients to maintain social distancing for covid 19. Patients are compelled to sit very close to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prakash pathology is really very good which is located in Lanka, Varanasi.Located on the 1st floor.
Talking about the service,they are really good and dedicated.Everyone out their are helping.I visited this for the first time and didn't knew the procedures but I was directed by their staff really politely.They good with service. You need to take the slip by paying on the counter and then later on you'll be called. You'll be directed about the reports date. You can also get report via whatsapp but that will take time as that's the extra service they provide for people who can't reach within time and come from distant places.
Quality needs to be paid but it's just for motivation. Keep it up but always remember never break the expectations of your customers.
Excellent service... If you need best quality wuth quantity you should definitely go over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Gentle Reminder:- I really like the place was clean , sitting arrangement was properly done but the staff , Okay so there is this guy with black spects he sits at the counter along with two other people , he told us the wrong timing by saying 7AM sample will be collected and given to u after 2 hrs i.e by 9AM.. when My mother and i came the next day the police guard told us 10AM the samples will be collected so we confronted the guy with black spects in his 20s, how can he stoop so low to collect the money ASAP,.so we waited from 7AM to 10AM and my mother was called at 11AM and again we waited for two more hours for report so it took 12:30AM we got ourselves free from this pathology, so basically for ultrasound u have to spend ur half the day here, he is taking salaries atleast give the proper information, BRO WE GOT JOBS TOO! TIME MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT TO YOU BUT FOR OTHERS IT IS.
Overall the pathology was sooo good!!! good work by rest of the people, efficient ?

Sometimes you can not get accurate results in a place so if your problem does not go then you should test another pathology, I can say like such because once I did my USG in a pathology and I found everything was ok but I was suffering from same problem then I went other place and there decided a stone in my ureter . It's my opinion. Thank you
