★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is very good and well recognised and maintain its standard in all manners. Worthy to believe on service provided by the Doctors, nurses, and cleaning staff exclusivy in maternity department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here from Mumbai just by looking at the review but trust me this hospital is not at all for middle class family. If you have insurance/PMJAY card then is it good. For non insurance patients It is really expensive when you compare the facilities they provide. The worst part is Canteen they are providing just a glass of Dal Paani for 40₹. I ordered cheese sandwich 50₹ believe me they just provided some cheese in bread with lots of salt. When I asked about vegetables in it they said cheese sandwich contain only cheese. In 50₹ i would have got much more better food just outside hospital. I am uploading the menu card for reference. In one word most expensive. Not at all worth the price for the facilities hospital is providing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital ever visited in my life,only aim of thus hospital is to make money doesn't matter if you have it or not.my patient admitted for 7 days..it cost 1.5 lakh and even after no response..it is mandatory tobuy medicine from inside hospital..won't u believe the medicine the give u at Rs:2800 u will get at outside only in 400 ex.ERLISO inj.or human albumin which actual price is 3900 but u have to buy at 6700 ..so mean directly they are killing poor or middle class people..so I won't recommend you at all for IPD..U MAY GO FOR OPD...THANKS N REGARDS HOPE IT WILL HELP MANY PEOPLE...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good take care of patient. But one thing which is not up to mark that a patient who is in ICU and his attendent forced to be live in the shed in front of hospital round the clock, only for purchasing medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service delivery. Staffs are untrained and have no idea how to handle things. You will waste your whole day just for a small diagnosis like USG , or XRay and then also you'll not get the reports on the same day. Absolutely not recommended...you'll waste all your hard earned money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go by rating, Heritage should be a world class hospital, as it claims. But in reality, Heritage is one of the worst hospitals, in terms of basic facilities. Explanation in points below:
1. There are 4 floors, but you can't find washroom at floor 4,3 and 2. There is a washroom at 1st floor with one comode for gents and ladies each. So basically, a person have to come to 1st floor to use washroom and might get a queue before using washroom.
2. There is only one lift, which was not even working.
3. There is no proper arrangement for drinking water.
4. There is no proper arrangement for patients to sit, forgot about family.
5. No clarity about your number for checkup.
Fully unsatisfied, it's not about cost only, but Heritage lacks basic facilities.
Though doctor was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the procedures from admissions to discharge are pretty smooth. One of the best diagnostic providers in Purvanchal without any shred of doubt. I wish more capacity would be available for patients.
Maybe my greed for better services being delivered and high standards are maintained.
