β β β β β Worst service and more worse than that is their customer support.
DO NOT book COVID test from here because you'll either get better or die before these people provide the report, maybe not even then.
They have this advanced call service where if you are on waiting list they'll disconnect your call after 3 minutes. And next time you call you'll be put on the wait line again and again until you lose your mind or give up any expectation of getting the report or your money back.
Please refer to their Facebook page if you don't believe me. Many people like me who have been harassed by these people have put their grievances there.
