★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a frequent buyer from Chandrani Pearls, I visited the Baguihati store yesterday and had a very disappointing experience, to say the least their customer service was abysmal. The lady was very rude and her expression were just unbelievable. Didn't expect to receive such a bad customer service from such a reputed brand. Very disappointing ... I guess I will think twice before stepping into the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good enough. But stocks limited . It must have to increase its collection. Only two staff is there. And both of them are de-motivated. They don't fell interest to sell products. But location is very good. Beside main road in baguiati.
