★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. I have purchased one black pearl set from chandrani pearls.. I have requested Golpark branch to polish it.. But they told me come on February and it will take 3/4 months to polish... I have one marriage function on December and I have to wait 6/7 months to polish it. Lovely experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to pick up pearls and silver jewelry. This brand has been there for more than two decades. Very reasonable. A sting of pearls is a wardrobe classic and also great timeless gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is situated in the middle of Golpark and Gariahat, near Muralidhar Girls College. It is a bit difficult to spot from the main road as it is inside a narrower street. There is also a PC Chandra Jewellers a few buildings away.
Seems like a small shop with not a large range of products, but has quite a collection. The saleslady who served us was extremely polite and non-imposing.
At about 5pm, the shop had two other sets of customers and there was a waiting time for them to finish billing the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the rest of the stuff but there's one fashion consultant sales lady who is probably the senior among the rest (I could not find out her name).
She doesn't seem to have a bare minimum knowledge about anything related to jwellery,
And that's still not a very concerning issue as we buy jewelleries of our own choice at our risk;
But the more concerning fact is her behaviour, she is excessively rude and do not have the minimum decency of giving bare minimum respect to the customers. She made me feel as if I wasn't there to buy one but I have gone to her house to borrow her jewelleries.
And also the shop has very poor collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced imitation of foothpath quality. Pearls set of around 10k. The pearls started coming open on 1st use. Luckily it came out as soon as putbon at home and hence could find and attach back. Had it been outside we would have lost it.
Insted of gold plating it's plated with cheap coating like foothpath imitation material. Even after following the usage direction and wiping with damp cloth after each use, the coating is gone in 3 or 4 usage
Money completely wasted.

Though the brand needs to offer a couple more types with silver jewelry in rhodium polish, collection in store for whatever the brand has to offer is pretty good. If there is immediate requirement, visiting this store is recommended because online takes more sone time to deliver the product. I would also thank the good lady who, even though reluctantly, but did change the box that had a minor damage on it. Thank you for entertaining my whim. I appreciate it.
