Good collection of jewelry but this store lacks customer representative. We had to wait 10 15 at the counter for representative. Also they should stop entertaining people who does window shopping.

They gave one ear ring without hallmark. when asked why only one set has hallmark and another one does not, he stated only one ear ring has hallmark in a pair. i did not understand the logic and when asked if i come to sell this later after some years, will you reduce the price so he stated yes which clearly meant that the ear ring without hallmark was not 22 carat. i did not debate much since the amount was small. I had gone for the first time to explore if they have less making charges but bigger trusted brands has the same making charges so i think i did a mistake of buying there.

Service is quick and the gold making charges are lower than the other gold shops. Design are more on the Maharashtrain look but not bad.

Thank you for learning experience. 1. Sales people are very good at misleading customer and make money out of it. 2. Many times I have demanded what I want with precise note still they frustrate customer by showing very limited items. Though they have the stock. 3. Billing is another frustrating part due to time consumption. 4. Sales people are good at using your emotions for their own benefits. There are always emotions attached to our purchase. 5. I think small purchase are not entertained properly. You made my first visit as last visit. 6. If you are giving something for exchange then it's details are not mentioned on your final bill. They give you intermediate receipts do take photos of them before submitting to bill desk. 2 Star for better collection (which was shown after multiple demand)

I have had a scheme with Chandukaka Saraf Magarpatta road store, hadapsar. My husband got a call and we went for buying jewellery and finalised a piece but they said that our scheme is yet to mature and we cannot make purchase and need to come back after 8 days. It was them who called us and my husband even shown the number from which he got a call and they confirmed that it was their number but did not allow us to buy. I have given 2 points only and only because they have a rate lesser as compared to our regular shop otherwise they are not worth a single point. Following are the points that upsets a customer: 1. Very less variety available. You don’t have many options from which you can choose the best rather they have only 4-5 varieties only and you are forced to choose from that. 2. Even though options are available their sales team is least interested in understanding what customer wants and just try to brush them off as early as possible. This kind of customer service really hampers the purchase experience. 3. Most of the sales people are sitting idle but they will not help you to make purchase and the payment procedure; they will ask you to run from one floor to another even though the mistakes in receipt are by the sales person but customer need to run to get it corrected. 4. Manager enjoys AC cabin and is not troubled by customers’ problems. 5. Even though you clearly tell them your exact budget they will try to sell a product beyond your budget and if you refuse they will show no interest in you. 6. These all problems arise because we had an yearly scheme there so we have decided that we are never ever going to start any scheme at chandu Kaka Saraf nor we will be buying any product in future.

Just loved the place. This was my first ever visit to Chandukaka Saraf Jewellers and I am pleasantly surprised, what a blissful experience! Firstly wanted to exchange some old jewellery and get new ones. Extremely helpful staff, disciplined customer service and of course variety and designs. All employee are extremely helpful, and enthusiastic executive here who has knack of customer needs, fashion and understanding. Thanks a lot to entire team for making this experience a memorable one!

Staff and services are very good. Staff is polite. Availabe didferent type of variety jewellery. Making charges is reasonable. Charge gold rate as per market. Overall Experience was good.
