★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the service has definitely become poor. Making charges are very high in comparison to other stores and they hardly have any discount at any time. Manager Sharda instead of attending customer was busy talking to her friends! After spending an hour in their store and spending 60k + they gave me such cheap boxes. It’s a shame! I think in a few months they will start giving us jewellery in plastic pouches.

Product line: Average, zero star
Location accessibility: Okay, half star
Customer experience: Very poor, I still can't believe that the management here is so poor that customer is left in the middle of showcasing within a minute without informing and to never return back. Probably worst one to see. So, zero star for CX.
Customer service: I felt the customer service needs a lot of improvement even on call support is worse. The information is something on website and when I called the customer service, they give some different information. Disappointed.
Quality: 1 star
overall its a 1 and a half star experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of service has decreased with time. Politeness is the main thing customers expect from the staff as they represent the brand and not themselves. Hope you look into that. Varieties in ornaments isn't as expected. Staff didn't wish to attend the customer. He even didn't bother to ask for a chair for a 9 months pregnant women. And if you ask for exchange, they will first shout at you. Such a rude behavior.
Protect your brand name. Keep your staff well disciplined.
