★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service at all. Don't fall for the brand hype. Their standards are as per Chanel India. They are not Chanel US or Chanel UK. They have designed out of the world policies for Indian Customers. Right to exchange seal packed product within 2 to 3 weeks is given to people basis their country whereas same price is applied for all. In India you cannot exchange the product even the next day and covid 19 adds to their discriminative policy. Except India they can accept returns, they can refund but since we are in India we have to pay the price for their discrimination. Irresponsible staff add a cherry on top. They will hide customer service details. Same goes for another Chanel store. You ask them customer service details and they will mute themselves. Buy from brands who respect you, your country and your hard earn money. Chanel US has a toll free number and excellent customer service. Exchange recently bought product with no hassle. It could be a possibility Chanel headquarters located overseas are not aware about what's goin on with Chanel stores in India. Atleast give us right to exchange within a few days. We have also paid the same amount like others do in western countries..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with person showing the products. She was least interested... Almost shouted on me for asking details about perfume... N due to this attitude of her.. I didn't even check other products... Simply did my shopping from better places around.. She behaved with me as if I'm not worth her time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop on 11.10.21 to buy a fragrance chanel n5 for my wife. But shockingly, the sales girl didnt even bothered to look into my requirements. She outrightly refused to let me test the fragrance. She said that Channel N5 is not available although i could see the tester of the same on counter. She just refused. Being in the fragrances for more than 2 years now and have most designers like Armani, Tom fords but never felt so insulted in any store. Her behaviour was very rude and it felt like she didn't want me to check it thinking i am not gonna buy. Never going to go to the store ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit sceptical before visiting a store looking at the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Ivan (staff member) attended me at the store and the experience was pretty nice.
Not sure about other staff members but Ivan is polite and helpful person who is having good knowledge about fragrances and other products.
I would recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to shop for bought lipstick, but one staff girl she didn't say hello or welcome or service smile to customer but I just ignored about her behaviour, till I wanna testing some lipstick colour because when you want to buy some make up but you not sure that colour it's match with your skin or life style or not I have requested to her for testing colour a little bit with my hand because I saw all shop have product testing but she said not allowed for test it!
I just really surprised her behaviour and sound it's not respect a customer !! Actually I saw have for testing but if she don't want to give me but it's ok for me, finally I just bought it one but after next time I not come to here again.
