★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a product of vega that was lady shaver i have been dealing with this company for refund since the day i have recived this product but this company even don't care what iw happening with their customer pathetic customer support. When i have purchased things with nyka they redirected me to get it touch with vega that is also a pothetic company vega didn't turned up on my email and nyka also i suggest never purchase things from nyka i have purchased so many things but after facing this pathetic experience i suggest people not to purchase things from nyka and vega as well.
I am registering a complain with consumerscourt so that it will be a lesson for them they are taking me lightly

PATHETIC SERVICE.
Don't buy anything from nykaa fashion they don't refund money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place with a handsome North East Indian guy I couldn’t take my eyes off. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Yeah they do butter you up to purchase all products but you know your skin better, so go with your choice and not theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a footwear online from NYKAA in April . Couldnt use it because I got Covid. Now when I wore it for the first time in June, it turned out that it was from an old lot and faulty because its elastic is already loose to an extent that one cannot wear it. Wrote an email for a refund, but No heed. Do not buy 20 dresses products from NYKAA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend walked into the store with a pleasant mood. As soon as the store consultant there started talking to us, our mood was put off. The sales girl there was in such upsetting mood. While entering the store we planed to buy many things but because of the uninterest and uncomfortability she was expressing we thought of putting her life at ease and ended up buy a foundation and few face masks. At the cash counter, they dint have change. However, once other people started walking in to the store she was much happy in assisting them. Maybe she was not happy with our faces half covered with mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I stepped into this store to buy a Nykaa lipstick. There was a staff girl whom I told my query, she did help me out get my shade. But her attitude was not good. I was particularly looking for wine shade but didn't mind trying other shade, but when I asked for jhanvi shade, she said we don't have and I can see that shade in front of me. When I was looking for liquid lipstick, she was like we don't have wine shade. She was stuck with wine and was like we don't have, we don't have. I bought my shade and got out. What I can make out of her attitude is like "these people are window shoppers, they will not buy here. No need to waste time with them". I am sorry nykaa but I was particularly not looking for this kind of greeting from your store, that too at a respectable/classy store, ambience mall. I have reviewed your noida store, such a good store there. And here don't know what's wrong with staff. I have been a store manager and I know that with this attitude you cannot attend to the customer. Please respect everyone, because you better know every footfall counts.
