I used the same bag for two years, and it held up well - lost a bit of the color, but that is to be expected with the rough use I gave it. Only changed bags when I needed to carry more items for travel, and was too painful to change back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great great selection but the staff is dishonest. Hidesign offers 30 percent off in your birthday month but the staff resisted to provide this information. They told me when I was done with my billing (My brother who was paying for that purse had his birthday the next day). The staff refused to consider and told me that I can utilize this special offer in my Birthday month which is in year end. I don’t live in India and I am not going to come back just to use this offer. So, I called them back the same day to discuss this and the staff was laughing over the phone that they can’t tell their customer about additional offers as it is a loss to the company. Well that is fine. I bought 2 purses for more than 10k and I returned the one that I bought on full price as I could not take the unnecessary loss of 3500 thousands rupees (it is quite significant money at least for me). The return was a mess. The friendlier staff turned sour and took 37 minutes to process the return. They called their supervisor 6-7 times before they processed my return which is insane.
If you are okay with paying more money for something that is going to be half price (in my case the very next day) then go ahead and do it. They ripped me off by 1300 rupees on the discounted purse as well. I had immense hope with this brand as it is made in India but I am never going to buy anything again. Also, they didn’t provide me any return receipt and told me they gonna whatsapp me (ya that’s right). I have not recieved anything so far and I am expecting a refund of 5000+ rupees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and efficient staffs. The products are of very high quality. They polished one of my 14 years old jacket bought from another Hidesign store free. Moreover, gave me free cover to protect from fungus.
So I am proud of this Indian multinational company.
