★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most poorly managed apple store I have ever visited I went there to buy 5 iPhone 11 they told me that the five quantity is not available with them so kindly visit some other store also the staff was least intrested in selling any product, nevertheless I moved myself to Saket select City walk Mall Apple store and gave them of business of selling me 5 iPhone 11 . My experience at apple store of ambience Mall Vasant Kunj was not good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not properly responding. It seems they are neither for sales nor for showcasing the products.
I visited the stores (Ambience mall, Vasant kunj) for purchasing a cover and a USB connector for my newly purchased MacBook Air on Sunday evening. But the sales executives response was very poor. As if they are expecting some big purchaser to buy their product.
A small customer also a customer that they should realise. Finally they asked me to visit Vasant vihar Apple Store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went their to buy MacBook Air but didn't buy because Overall experience at this store is very Pathetic. Staff was sitting on the cash counter and nobody had come to attend us. We called so many times, then the Guard of this store asked someone to attend us. A Lady came with very casual attitude barely had any technical knowledge about the product and showed least amount of interest in our query. Pointed her finger towards a laptop when I asked for a 16gb variant but it was a 8 GB model. When I told that it's an 8 gb variant. Then she said that I have to call service center to know the specifications available. I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT FROM CROMA ON SECOND FLOOR. Though I wanted to buy it from Aptronix, but thanks to your Sales Executives we are not your customers. This Experience is from Aptronix, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj.

Lots of variety for men, women and children clothing and accessories. Quality of the product is good. The store is in Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj. It's a colossal store spread over three floors. Good visibility. Right now there's inaugural discount. Staff is polite and respectful. Overall a good experience.
